31 Day Transformation Meal Plan Review: It Works?

So I’ve seen a lot of interest in the 31 Day Transformation meal plan and I decided to write up a quick review. It claims that you can lose up to 31 pounds in 31 days. I know what you might be thinking. It’s just another fat loss gimmick that won’t work for me. You’ll find out the truth about this program and others like it right here.

The more body fat you have right now, the more you will be able to transform your body. Now if you’re an athlete with 10% body fat, you aren’t going to be losing 31 pounds. There won’t be enough to lose!

Most of us don’t fit into that category, though.

The average American is overweight, so I would assume that if you are an average American, you probably have a few extra pounds you’d like to lose. This review is for you.

An Honest 31 Day Transformation Meal Plan Review

31 day transformation meal plan reviewMost programs won’t work if you don’t work them. I’ve personally gotten back into the fitness scene after taking about a year off. My body’s settling point is right around 165 lbs. So, I still weighed that much after a year, but a lot of it was fat.

I got on bodybuilding.com and used the “Shortcut to Shred” program and I’ll tell you what… it was TOUGH! I mean this thing had you working out five days a week. You would do 8 different exercises with 3 – 4 sets per exercise. Not only that, you would do a minute of cardio in between each set! It had a whole nutrition and supplement plan that went with it as well. I tried to stay as close to the program as I could. This wasn’t the 31 day transformation program, it was a lot tougher but I’ll tell you what…

It WORKED!!

The trouble with everyone trying this approach though, is that most people lack the motivation to actually do it.

This 31 Day Transformation review is my opinion on these types of meal plans and programs in general. A lot of these programs don’t work because the people that sign up for them are looking for a magic pill or a quick fix.

Once they falter on the designated plan, they give up.

This body transformation program DOES work. Just like I said, you need to stick with it.

Tips for Making the 31 Day Transformation Meal Plan Work for You

If you really want to make this fat loss program work for you and potentially transform your body into an ideal 31 lbs lighter, I highly suggest you read this part. Granted, a lot of these things are just my opinion and I’ll not hype this product up, but most programs are similar. I’m sure that the 31 Day Transformation meal plan is very similar to a lot of other weight loss systems out there. You can get caught up reading all the reviews and testimonials that you want, but here’s the truth.

1. You really have to decide your “why.”

Why do you want to lose weight? Why do you want to get in shape? Why do you think that you would be better off being physically fit?

Everyone has their own reasons.

It could be that you want to be able to play with your kids at the park instead of sitting on the bench.

It could be that you know you will live a longer life to spend with those you love.

It could be anything. The ‘why’ is what will keep you motivate to see this transformation program til the end.

2. You really have to decide your “why not.”

What I mean by this, is that you have to figure out what could potentially happen if you don’t ever take action in changing your lifestyle.

These reasons will probably just be the opposite of your “why.”

It could be that your doctor told you that you need to reduce your cholesterol or you will have a heart attack.

It could be that you know your kids are missing out on fun activities that they could be having with you.

My Final Review of the 31 Day Transformation Program

It will probably help you the most if you come up with a list of both topics and write them down. Review them frequently. Maybe even daily.

Then, make a decision to do something about it. Right now. You’ve probably been putting this off for a very long time, just like I did. Then, one day I just decided to go to the gym and get a workout plan. I also made the conscious decision to eat right and supplement the right way.

This program comes with everything that worked for me all packaged into a nice little bundle. Great research and a great product…if you just stick with it.
